Panther Venture Group (PVG) is the investment arm of Panther Software. PVG allows Panther Software to utilize its software development capabilities to earn equity stakes in focused niche ideas with seasoned management teams. In special situations PVG, which is separate from Panther Software, will pick-up Panther Software's development costs in exchange for an equity stake.
